We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
• Buyer's remorse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
